Is the Check Engine Light on? I've heard that when the CEL is *not* on but the car doesn't run well, it can be the Crankshaft Position Sensor. I would also check the Thottle Position Sensor.

In the U.S., you can get service manual information, but only on the models marketed in North America... unfortunately the H1 isn't one of them.
