looks like the dealer doesnt know what he's doing, and it also looks like the dealer is replacing defective filters in your car, no wonder the car is having problems...

it must be a loose wiring (connector and wire), wrong fuse connection or low battery. better to check those first and it's better to connect the wires in their proper places...
