It's located on the bottom of the washer fluid reservoir. Not that hard to replace at all. Just need to take off a little of the passenger wheel well cover and it should be right there.

These four plug holes are to prevent a wind noise that could occur from under the vehicle. They are usually installed at new car prep. It won't hurt the vehicle not to have these installed.

Yes the 2.4L is an interference engine. So get that timing belt replaced at 60k. As for removing the radio trim. Take a plastic trim removal tool and start prying along the outside edges of the trim....
