CPS on XG 300
My 2001 XG 300 sometimes stalls when I drive through standing water. My mechanic scanned the engine computer and concluded the crankshaft position (CPS)sensor needed to be replaced. The new CPS will cost around $80, but he said that it was located behind the timing belt and would require 4 to 5 hours labor to replace it. Is his assessment correct?
