dumb question - spark plugs

Default dumb question - spark plugs

i'm not used to working on small 4 cyl engines. i can't even find the plugs and plug wires on my 02 2.4!!! does somebody have a photo or drawing or something to help me out? thanks a lo!

King, there is a black engine cover that conceals wires, plugs, etc. on top of the motor. Remove that and you should see the plugs. What year are we talking about, but it should be the same fo the 4 banger. The newer motors have individual igniters, coils, for each plug. It sits on top and looks like a large boot on each plug.

hmaservice.com is the Hyundai service manual etc. go there and register everything is right there
