Care to tell us what car, year, engine? We don't read minds here.

P0183 is usually a problem with the fuel temp sensor on the fuel pump in the gas tank.

Default 2004 Hyundai Santa fe Gls

I have changed the temp. sensor in the tank, the fuel pump assem., the on board computer, check the fuel lines, the ground to the pump, the crank shaft position sensor, and spark plugs. If i tried to start my car 6 times back to back, it wont start after number four OR when it runs for a couple of hours then turned . It will make the initial starting noise but wont turn over. After i let it cool down, most of the time it will start no problem. Any help is better than what I've trouble shot.

Sorry, no help here.
Haven't seen NovaResource for a very long time.
All I got is that you have changed so much, may be now it is time to check the actual circuit for the temp sensor??

Your tester shows "Freeze Frame", but it doesn't show the conditions at the time the code was set. You should be able to see that data so you can determine to a better extent just what areas are involved.
