Frustrated with engine stalling
I apologize if this problem has been brought up on another post before, but it's driving me crazy. My 2000 Elantra's check engine light started to come on indicating the cam position sensor is bad. I replaced it and replaced it again. The second time the check engine light was actually flashing. When I got the code checked, it displayed multiple codes. I had to also change the coil pack. So after getting the codes cleared and parts installed I went driving around. Now it seems the problem was never fixed because I barely got 10 miles and the trouble started again. I'm at my witt's end. It's got new plugs, wires fuel pump. I'm running outside in a few minutes to check the SNSR fuse as advised by a forum member. Any ideas or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

I think it was 303 or 304. I'll be stopping by autozone in the morning to get a better look. I was looking for the fuse SNSR in the fuse box under the hood but didn't find it. I checked the alternator with a multimeter and it was putting out 14v. I did a continuity test to find a possible bad ground but found nothing. The autozone people suggested that I get a new computer. I'm stumped......

One thing I forgot to mention is that the car has gotten progressively worse. about nine months ago we took it to the dealer for a diagnosis of the engine. It ended up costing me $600 for unrelated repairs such as replacing the CV joints and they said there was nothing wrong with the engine. They told me that the car did not stall while they had it. I don't think I can even get it to the parts store to recheck the codes. This car was extremely reliable but now I'm afraid to drive it anywhere. Help...
