Hello, I don't know if anyone can help at all. I've got a 2005 Getz and over the last week the Check Light has started flashing. It has only happened four time and it lasts for about 3-4 seconds. What's strange is that I've been driving through the same village each time it has happened. Could it be possible that there is some interference with car's electronics?

The time it's happened has been about 20 - 25 minutes into my journey. Tonight it happened on the way to the place I was going and in exactly the same spot on the way home. I went somewhere else the other day (the day after this first happened) and drove for about an hour without it happening once.

When the light comes on there is no change in the performance on the car, it seems to keep going without any problems.

You need to have the computer checked with a code reader and see if there are any trouble codes stored.
