Hyundai Santa Fe fires then keeps winding and won’t start

So my 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe D4EB Diesel engine turn key on glow turn to start position and vehicle will fire then keep winding over and no start

The glow plug system lets the computer know if they are working .
If they are not working correctly or the message is not getting out that the vehicle is OK to start, it will not start.
