Angry noise when turning my wheels left and right accent 2009

Hello to all !! I have noise coming from my direction or wheel area since a bought the car when I turn my wheels left or right. The 4 doors accent 2009 is stock and the noise is there since the beginning. They have change more than once the Isolants, the bearings and insalators, and my shocks, going to the concessionary about 15 times in one year. After one year, they haven't fix the problem and now hyundai Canada tells me they don't know what to do so i'm stuck with my problem until they find what it is. They havent satisfied me at all to my expectation because the sound from my direction is always getting worse and they have the guts to tell me they can't help me.
suggestions from all are very welcome.
cheers

How about you tell us what the sound is? Clicking, squealing, banging rubbing, metallic, high-pitched, low rumble? What?

Also, what do you mean by "... coming from my direction..."?

Lastly, what is "the Isolants"?

it's kind of like a cranking sound( when you pull on something thight) when the wheels are turned, you here a lot more the noise when the wheels are turned without any mouvement or barely moving.

also, the sound is coming more from the front and the rear wheels rather than the direction.

and the (isolants) is the insalators I think but in french.

I want to say the front CV joints but you say it's also coming from the rear wheels.
