Default Using hmaservice.

I know this is basic and I did run a search but no luck. Signed up for hmaservice, made sure I met all the app, requirements but cannot get the
electrical schematics to display. Box opens with all pertinent info but no drawing. I'm sure it's me but cannot figure it out. Please help a newbie.
Thanks

I just signed up yesterday so I can help.

1. You need to be running Windows Xp
2. You need Internet Explorer (IE) version 5.5 and above. I used IE 8
3. Make sure you have the latest Adobe Acrobat reader. reload if necessary from IE
4. You will also need Adobe SVG viewer, on the Adobe web site it says this is not being used since 2008 but you will need this definitely. Install in IE from the Adobe link.
5. You need Macromedia Flash loaded as well. Do this from IE if you haven't already.

It should work then. I am a big Firefox user so the IE thing was a bit painful.

Let me know if this works for you
