Windsheld washer systems both INOP
I have a 2003 Sonata LX and a 2003 Elantra GT. The windshield washer systerms are inop on both. Motor makes noises, nothing comes out. Fluid levels full. Both systems are buried DEEP/inaccessible under the right front of both cars and it looks like an expensive fix. Got any ideas?

Is it cold where you are? The rear washer wasn't working on my wife’s Sedona on very cold morning and later in the day when it warmed up it worked. It could just be frozen blocked.
Or it could be blocked by something else. Try opening the hood and trying again. Sometime the hood hinge will kink the line and prevent the water from making it to the nozzle. If it still doesn’t work, start disconnecting the line at various places to see if you get water.
