I just bought mine last Saturday its the SE model fully loaded minus the special mirror, still under 400 miles its way better than my 2009 accent was, automatic drives great cant wait to break it in so i can see what it will do, plan on putting a short ram intake on it after its broke in.

The short ram im going to use is a do it yourself kit by spectre performance, you buy a piece at a time, all my parts plus a reusable lifetime filter is costing me around $75.

Two 60 degree elbows, straight vacuum piece (which i think is 4") a rubber boot to attach it to the throttle body, and filter of course, now im not 100% sure this will fit it is the setup off of my 09 accent but the configuration of the 2012 looks the same just vertical instead of horizontal.

I plan on just removing the airbox and using Spectre parts to make the original tubing turn out.

I asked the dealer to email me when they get a HB in so I could compare it to the sedan, and also hope they get a manual in so I could see how I like it...

I got a reply from the dealer...

They are getting a manual SE in black soon, when they know for sure they are going to email me so I could check it out...

I'm really excited! I hope I like it and could afford it. But my boys and I really like the blue too. I just don't know what color to choose...

Black is soooo sexy(when it's clean) thats the bad part, where I work I have to park in a gravel parking lot and it's very dusty a lot.

 

Yea my 09 accent was black but having to wash it twice a week did get annoying fast

 

They got 3 in today. All auto's. 1 silver and 1 grey GS and 1 grey SE

I'm going to try to get there tomarrow to compare but I still want to check out the manual.


UPDATE
Went and checked out the HB.... It's a lot less rear view than the sedan but it doesn't seem too much less to me. Maybe cause I'm tall? Anyway, I test drove that one too but it was an auto and still felt slow to me, though taking it out of ECO mode did help a lot, and useing the manual shift mode was even better. So I told them email me when you get the manual SE that they told me was coming in and I'll check it out.

That will also give me some time to fix a couple things on the car I have now.
