Default air care inspection

I have Hyundai accent 1995, automatic, 1.5 litre, no A/C.
It couldn't pass air care control. It was diagnosed with required Oxygen Sensors ($300x2) and Catalytic Converter ($500) replacements and Throttle Body cleaning. The cost to do this with parts was estimated as $1,400CAD (without tax). It's 35% of what I've paid for this car.

I hope to reduce these costs trying to buy the parts from the shops that collect collide cars and selling their parts. But probably, I'll need to find and get these parts from those cars myself.

I've seen from the manual where approximately I can find Catalytic converter. But, I have no idea about sensors and what the throttle body cleaning is.

Could anybody advise whether it's actually possible to take those parts from other cars and put it on my Hyundai and if yes, where I could find them on a car?

Thanks in advance.
