dents in piston?

Default dents in piston?

ok so when the valves bent it put little dents in the piston top on the intake side... i mean they are so slight like someone took a razor and made a little line with it!! with this effect the driving of the vehicle when i put the new head on???? also on the exhaust side is there supposed to be that exhaust outlet on the top of the piston???

im confused as to what you mean by exhuast outlet... i guess my answer to your question would be it depends. i dont know you, or anything about your car, but if its just a car that gets you back and forth to work everyday, and never sees high RPM, then i doubt little knicks in the top of the piston are gonna matter. however, if your running 20LBS of boost in your car then you should probably replace the piston.

if you have a picture of the knicks to put up here, it would help us to give you better advice.
