are there any high performance cams available for a 02 accent gl 1.6l? if so where can i find them?

i love this car but after full exhuast and cai theres nothing i know of that can make this car any faster

Turbo. Other than that, you'll have to do an engine swap. Like a 2.0L Beta.

K&N air filters are supposed to let air through easier. A cold air intake is supposed to draw cooler air from outside the car instead of hot engine air. K&N air filters are supposed to be washed and re-oiled once in a while.

i think you guys need to remember that this is NOT a performance oriented engine. its economy oriented.

it was never fast to begin with, you're not going to make it much faster. the engine just does not have the capacity for that and also does not take respectable levels of boost long term from what i have seen.

if you want an accent to be fast, swap the engine and stick a turbo on it. intakes and exhaust are going to get you around 20hp tops. why bother...get a turbo and start making some real power.
