Need to replace check engine bulb - 2004 Accent GT
I need to replaced a burned out check engine bulb. It seems easy enough but I'm not able to remove the plastic trim (fascia?) that covers the cluster. I removed the two screws that are visible but the bottom is stuck. It seems there are clips or screws that are not visible that is keeping it in place. I am afraid to pull on it to hard because it seems like it wants to break.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. The mechanic I go to is going to charge me $94 to replace the bulb!

I just did this recently myself in a 2000 accent. I also thought there may have been two hidden screws under the lower crash pad holding the instrument panel facia in, but it is really just two stubborn clips. If you have the two screws at the top of the facia out, just gently keep pulling the facia out. It seems like it's really in there, but just keep wiggling it.
The bulbs for the indicator lights (except for highbeam indicator!) are 2721 which I couldn't find at wal-mart. AutoZone had a pack of two for $4.99. I had to replace my overdrive light just a few days ago on my 2000 accent, so the above is all pertinent to that, but I don't think the 2003 accent facelift changed the instrument cluster at all.
