Default New Accent owner (sorta)

I own a 2004 Tiburon GTV6. It's my first Hyundai purchase and I love it. Hyundai quality has come a long way.

Because I love it so much I decided to buy my mother-in-law an Elantra to replace her old '92 Chevy Cavalier. I thought the Elantra would be perfect because it's just slightly larger than the Cavalier. As it turns out, she liked the Accent better. That's fine because for the same money I would have spent on a 2001 Elantra with 40K+ miles we bought a fully loaded 2003 Accent GL with only 31K miles. Unfortunately, fully loaded doesn't mean much in the Accent (auto, power locks, power windows and a CD player). The '01 Elantra has keyless entry, side air bags, ABS and traction control. But, she's happy and we got 3 years and 29K miles left on the warranty as opposed to only 1 year and less than 20K miles.

The one thing I hate is the dinky 13" wheels. My question is this: will the 15" wheels from an Elantra fit the Accent (bolt pattern and backspace)? I know the tires will be too large but a set of aftermarket 195/50-15 tires are the same diameter as the stock 175/70-13 tires. Even if it's just a set of factory steel wheels and hubcaps will make the car look and handle so much better. However, I am considering a set of the Elantra GT aluminum wheels. I believe they are the same as the wheels on the previous generation of Tiburons (2000-01). Anyone know for sure? Thanks in advance.
