Default P0441 purge valve issues and filling

Here's a question that I hope someone can answer. I got a 2000 Hyundai Accent GL and got some codes pop up with a P0441 and a P1401 to which I took it to Pep Boys and discovered charcoal everywhere and they replaced it and there is no more codes except for P0103, MAF. Disconnecting the MAF gives me codes P0102 and P0112. I'm still having trouble filling the car even after taking it to Pep Boys, but the codes are gone. Does this mean that the purge valves are working perfectly? And does the MAF have anything to do with the EVAP system? If there a solenoid for the purge system? I can't find a blessed thing wrong with the car even replacing the fuel filler neck. There is a part on it I don't know what it is on the filler neck that is a small cylinder that has a black end and a blue end that attaches to the small line. What is that for?

Any help would be appreciated.

Default Any help would be appreciated with myevap system concerns with my 2000 Hyundai Accent

I got the blessed charcoal canister fixed with the purge valve and the P1401 code for the DM-TL fixed and they replaced the charcoal canister and replaced some of the lines at Pep Boys. It still won't take fuel and now stalls whenever I fill it. I disconnected the evap line on the right side going to the canister and it filled normally. However, fuel was dripping out of that line so there is my vapor lock issue and it's still leaking from the neck of the tank and I can't figure out why after replacing the rubber hose to it with a new one and tightening it good. Would anyone think of replacing the entire tank, dropping the tank to remove anything that may be in there, or just remove the hose and look in the hole. Again, any help would be appreciated.
