Default The PROBLEM with oil pressure while CRDI engine start !

Hi all.

Ukrainian users of the cars equipped with the 1.6CRDI engines have some serious troubles with oil pump pressure.

The oil pressure warning light goes not out for about 2...5 second when I start the engine. I guess the car fitted with a faulty oil-pump. The tell-tale sign stay lit on start for the some seconds. Many my forum-friends have such a defect too. But unusually low oil pressure in an engine regardless of mileage is often an indication that something is seriously wrong and requires immediate attention.

I ask You to answer my qestion and to resolve that problem please!!!

Best regards
Vyacheslav.
P.S. Sorry for my English.

Hi!
No one answer ? I can't belive anybody has such a problem. In my country we really worry about the oil pressure in 1.6CRDI engines while start. It's all about Cerato 1.6 and Cee'd 1.6 diesels.

Best regards
Vyacheslav.
