Rust repair panels

Anyone know of a source for rust repair panels?...specifically the rear quarters (wheel opening) for a 01 Accent?

How severe is the rust? When I had the rear fender opening rust repaired on my 2003 Mazda Protege the guy used no special panels, but I had it done before the affected area was large.
