How do you know, there is no part(s) charged to the RO, and I know somebody has to pay for the parts..

If customer pay, we have part posted and cost.. if warranty, the part is posted, and marked warranty in the cost column.. if internal company pay, marked internal.. they claim to have done work, but there is no parts charged out.......

 

i have the same 4-to-3 issue. my dealer says no 'codes' have come up on my car's computer so nothing to fix. really?
help anyone please!
how can i get them to fix it?

 

Problem #3 happened to me this past week. 3 times. Going 65-70 mph & gently pressing on the gas pedal to accelerate or maintain speed up a slight incline, it shifted out of gear & revved to the ceiling until I let off the gas. Then it went back into gear with a jolt as the revs dropped. ATF level on the dipstick was 1/2" above the top/4th pinhole. Anyway, first post here, new member. I found this site while Googling my problem. Mine's a 2009 that I bought new last January.

 

Thought i would dig this one up again. Get the downshift issue on video, get them to the dealer.
