Default Transmission acting weird.

i have a 2000 accent 2 dr hatchback automatic. i replaced the pulse generator (sensor) in last October, and the kick down servo (sensor) 1 week ago. There was no improvement after changing the pulse generator, so i don't wanna waste my money on changing the kick down servo. But, the transmission was getting worse and worse in these months, so i decided to replace the kick down servo too. The dealer said if i don't replace it right away, the transmission would be dead in the time i replaced the generator in last October.
It is getting much worse than before i replaced the kick down servo. Because before it was just rough shifting only. But now the transmission just don't go from 1st gear to 2nd gear sometimes. But when in the 2nd gear, or/and from 40km/h to 80km/h, it goes so smooth and accelerate so fast. But when it reaches 80km/h, the rpm is 3000, 90km/h is 4000, 100km/h is 4000, and 110km/h is 4500...and i didn't try to reach over 110km/h because i was afraid the transmission in so high rpm in 3rd gear.
The transmission just don't go to 4th gear...
If i switch the O/D off the transmission won't shift to 4th gear? But actually i really turn O/D on all the time!

PLEASE HELP !!!! SORRY FOR MY ENGLISH.

Sounds like the tranny needs a rebuild.
