Default trouble with half-shaft install

2001 Accent, installing new half shafts. No problem at all installing the passenger side, slid right on in. The driver side only went in maybe an inch and wont go any further, and will not come back out again...

Anyone else run into this?

Cheers,

Seems I needed a slightly longer pry bar....all is well now. Once I had the shaft out, I removed the clip, bent it slightly smaller and it went in fine, and is nice and secure.

Cheers
