Probably the little bulb blew out. Did somebody replace the radio or take apart the dash?

I’ve had the same problem, as well as my dash lights went out. Although I don’t have any insight on fixing the problem. I can warn you than the dealership charged me $90 to tell me that my dash lights and my heater lights, that had been out for 4 months, was an “intermittent” problem that they could not remedy.

If the whole display went dead at one time, it most likely is not the bulbs/LEDs. You wil need to find a print out of the connector view for the controller.Find out which wire is light control and test it to see if there is current flowing thru it. If not, the problem lays further back. If there is, then the problem will lay within the controller and you will need to first look to see if it contains replacable bulbs. If they are not replaceable, then you will need to replace the unit.
