After removing the wheel, remove the screw that secures the rotor in place (a phillips head screw between two of the studs). After that the rotor should be free to slide off.
However, if the car has seen winter road salt or is several years old, it may have rusted to the hub. I've heard of people having to literally cut and chisel the rotors off.
