Default Issues with my 2013 Elantra GLS

I bought my 2013 GLS just over a week ago. I am having some issues with the car. I thought I would come here to see if anyone else is having the same issues or if anyone could give me any advise.

The car has the Perferred package. The car seems to be downloading my phonebook alot. When I want to make a call I get a message asking me to wait over 50% of the time. The other day it wouldn't recognize my phone at all to sync the bluetooth -- for a whole day and then suddenly it worked again.

I refilled my fuel tank for the first time. Afterward the trip computer that shows the MPG reset itself to zero. All the other settings stayed the same. It came back up as I was driving (and actually went nice and high -- 38mpg).

I am taking it to the dealership to get my plates and I will ask them to look at it. The salesman thought it could be a fuse issue. What do you all think?

That's not a problem, that's how it works. The Average Fuel Economy display (MPG) is per tank. When you refill (add at least 1.6 gal) it resets to zero. Once you start driving, it tells you the current average fuel economy (MPG) you are getting. Have you read your owners manual? See page 4-48:

Thanks for the info -- the saleman told me to call him if I had any issues so I did. He told me the reset was not supposed to happen.

Also, my car radio seems to fuzz out a lot. And that's in areas where I have never had issues before - with any car.

I've heard that is a problem with some Hyundai radios. Most factory systems are not that great.
