My little sisters 2001 Elantra wont start
I had to get up and go get her to take her to wrok this morning because her 2001 Elantra wouldn't start. I didn't have time to do anything but turn the key forward and try to hear if the fuel pump made any sound near the tank. I didn't hear any noise from the rear tank end of the car but there is something making noise under the hood when I turn the key forward. I looked and the noise comes from a little black box that the throttle cable comes out of on the passenger side. I know absolutely nothing about hyundais, I also checked the fuel pump relay and even swapped it with the one next to it and still didn't start.
Just need some suggestions from some people that are familiar with these cars and already know what the usualy gremlins are.
She hasn' had this car very long and I'm sure its over 100,000 miles and she said it had done this once before and she just turned the key forward several times "priming the pump" I guess and then it would start, but now it's a no-go,
Thanks,
