Second pic shows the plugs removed... this is how they come in the arm kit from Hyundai,,, so get them out so you do not rot the arms like the first style.... why Hyundai has not issued notice to peel the OE arms is beyond me... must want to carry recall into future with 2nd wave of rotted arms..
