Hi guys, I have a 97 Elantra GLS and my OBD-II connector is not working/not communicating with my scanner. However looking into the problem further it looks like the wiring was tampered with.

I need to know what color wires go to which pins in the OBD-II connect.

Anyone know where I can get a diagram? Or can someone tell me where these wires go?

Or any ideas why it will not connect? All the fuses are in working condition and lighter works. Perhaps the computer is screwy? Any help would be appreciated.
