Default Read Bumper Guard for '13 Elantra GT

Hey guys, new to the forums. Anyone have any recommendations for rear bumper guards for the Elantra GT 2013 model (one that does not obstruct the license plate)

Considering the bumpshox (front and back) or bumperbully (cut out the middle portion so it does not block the license plate)

BUMPSHOX:
Amazon.com: BumpShox 3.0 - Front Car Bumper Protection, Ultimate Front Bumper Guard. Front Bumper Protection License Plate Frame. Tougher Than Steel !: Automotive Amazon.com: BumpShox 3.0 - Front Car Bumper Protection, Ultimate Front Bumper Guard. Front Bumper Protection License Plate Frame. Tougher Than Steel !: Automotive

BUMPERBULLY:
Amazon.com: BLACK EDITION Bumper Bully - Bumper Protector - Rear Bumper Protection: Automotive Amazon.com: BLACK EDITION Bumper Bully - Bumper Protector - Rear Bumper Protection: Automotive

Why? Those are the ugliest things I've ever seen. The first one (the frame around the front license) isn't going to do much. Save your money.

ya thats gonna do alot of good alright..... that last one is sooooooo ugly ..... stop running into stuff with the vehicle and stop worrying.......both bumpers on the car are all plastic and do not take impacts well......

Not sure I totally understand this - is this for parking in a metro area and using it to "judge" the distance to the next car when parallel parking?

Why not get a brush guard? They do make them for Santa Fe models - and they'd probably fit other bumpers.

hi guys, this is more for protecting myself from other people's poor parking/judgement. Live in NYC and it seems the bumper bully is fairly popular here for those driving new cars.

Just wondering how it will fit with my Elantra gt hatchback.
