Wheels and Insurance
Does anyone know what the smallest size rim for the Genesis Coupe? The 2.0T (Auto) is just within my new car budget, and the only unknown I have atm is the cost of winter tires. Getting a set of winter tires for the stock 18" would probably be a weeee bit too much. I tried asking at the dealership, but they had no idea.
As for the insurance.....I went to the Hyundai dealership a couple weeks ago and took an 3dr Accent and Elantra Touring for a test drive. Loved em both. I couldnt resist taking a seat in the GC they had in the showroom. That car fits you like a glove, or a nice hug, but in a good way (as the saleman put it). Later, I priced one out, just for curiosity sake, and found the base auto was within my budget for a new car (~$400/month).
I figured that the insurance costs would be rather high for the GC, but decided to call around (also checking rates for other potential purchases). I found it would cost me around $950/yr (The Personal, I'm 26 male with a good record). I also checked a few other sports cars, to compare what their rates were after a few claims had been filed (08 Tiberon $1200, 09 Mustang $900). I dont have the exact numbers with me, but I can post em once I get home tonight.
