sound when applying the brakes

sound when applying the brakes
I have a Getz 2009 1.6 when I hit the brakes after a long drive I hear a clicking sound ... My mechanic insists nothing is wrong..
Below is a link of a video i have recorded, the sound appears in second 12 & 13, it appears when i drive for an hour or so:
