Default fumes

Hello from Greece.First of all, forgive me for the mistakes in english .
My matrix.8 years old (57000)klms,is having a problem. When i am pussing the motor(mor than 5ooo rpm)a smell of oil,is comming in to the cabin.I am checking the oil,and i saw that i am not loozing oil at all).In older cars was a pipe for reliefing oil fumes, but i can not find it at matrix. Also the Hyundai enginears, told me that they can not locate the problem, and so they can not solve it.Do you have any idea about it.On any way, thank you .

It's really hard to say what is wrong, but I would guess some oil is seeping out on to the exhaust manifold when you drive really hard. The answer here is don't drive too hard. I never make too many RPMs, and drive like I am taking my grandmother to church on Sunday all the time. I expect to make 300,000 or 400,000 KMs with my car because here in the US distances are great and petrol is still cheap, so I take it easy.

Your English is great, better than a lot of Americans I know.

Thank you my friend jsinton, for the reply. The point is that is allmost inpossible,to find technical drawings,so to find if is existing a fume relief pipe from the motor. Now for this ,that you send to "do not push my matrix very hard " i have to tell you that roads in Greece, are quite different than USA roads. All the time we have to push our cars (mostly we are working the motors with 3500-4500 rpm). Now ,when i am saying that i have fumes,in the cabin,i mean smell of oil (theritickly it comes from fumes.
Forgive me if i am saying to many words, but for me,is very inportant, mainly because the Hyundai technicians, can not find the solution, and because i am a technician (ship enginear)is very hard.

I understand about having to run your car hard a lot. In 2002 I rented a Hyundai Accent in Bulgaria. I was suprised how weak the motor was. I had to run it really hard to go up the mountains.

Can you run the motor at 5000 rpm with the car stopped and the hood (bonnet) up? You should be able to see some fumes that way.
