Default 2003 Santa Fe Tune up Time

Hey folks, I'm in the process of doing some over do maintenance and I ran into a problem with changing the belts. It's a 2003 Santa Fe 2wd 3.5L I can't get the front belt off, it's the accessory drive belt that runs the alt. and a/c. I not sure which pulley acts as the tensioner, I thought it was the pulley just forward of the crank pulley but can't get it to move. It may be cruded in place, never the less I could use some help.

Also I need to change my front wheel bearings. I don't have a manual so I'm not sure what I'm getting into. Can someone let me know what to expect, are the bearing pressed in, do they need synthetic grease, or is it pretty much a straight forward buy new bearings slap them in and call it done.

Thanks
