Default 3.5l spark plug wiring

Just changed the plugs and wires, and something is not right.
Barely idles, and throttle (gas pedal) has no effect.

So double checking everything.

Does spark plug wiring go from front 3 cylinders to corresponding rear cylinders ie;2 to 1 4 to 3 and 6 to 5?
I think this is not how it goes, but I can't find the info in the Chilton's book for when I crack it all open again to verify.

Gotta check the easiest stuff first. Can't figure what I could have messed up to cause such a fault.

Answered your question about poor run after service approx 2 1/2 he ago here,,, try to keep it all in same topic rather than posting all around ..

See reply here --> https://www.hyundaiforum.com/forum/s...newpost&t=9139

I just happen to have pic that might help, and if you used Hyundai OE wire set, it should be obvious where the wires go..

The coils in the pic are from left to right, 2 - 4 - 6

The shortest wire (assuming you have OE Hyundai wire set) goes to #2, middle wire is #4, and longest wire is #5...
