Default anti theft sys

Im trying to figure out if I did something wrong. I just installed oem fog lites and oem fog switch on 2012 santa fe, now both my key fobs wont arm the alarm sys.I had a couple grounds off and the batt cable off when I did my work. If disconnect the batt cable the alarm works but I cant shut it off with the keyfobs. I checked the inside and underhood fuses. Is there a reset procedure when you disconnect a batt cable? Thanks

The system probably needs to have the key fobs reprogrammed to the car. Unfortunately, it's a dealer-only procedure. They need to be done with a scan tool. Make sure to take both key fobs with you because they both have to be programmed at once.

Thanks for the reply.I took the dash apart again to ck my work, I didnt see anything wrong. I wonder if one of those radio channel savers that you plug into the cig lighter would have prevented this. Ill take it to the dealer probably next week. Ill let you know what happens. Thanks again.
