Question Code Help Please

My 2005 Santa Fe is showing a check engine light with the code P0430. I know this is the O2 sensor on Bank 2. My question is, on the 2.7L V6, is bank 2 the radiator side, or firewall side.
Also, I found where the voltage at the O2 sensor could be checked, but can't find any instructions on how this is done. Can anyone tell me how to check this, like where to attach the meter, and is car running or not? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Bank 2 is the bank of cylinders on the radiator side

Thanks! Does anyone know what the voltage should be on the O2 sensor, and how to check it?
