Default H4-60NH bulb, GE NightHawk Platinum

I have an 03 Hyundai Santa Fe and want to run GE nighthawk Platinum bulbs. I found a set on Amazon but they are a H4-60N/BP1 Motorcycle light.

I think H4 is essentially the same as a 9003 other than perhaps filament placement, the socket is the same.

Is there a difference in motorcycle vs automotive bulbs. It doesn't specify the wattage, but I assume 51W is the max (DOT legally) for auto. Is it the same for motorcycles?
Don't necessarily need GE nighthawk platinums but sylvania silverstar's burn out to quickly, ~1 year. So I was looking for an alternative light output with more longevity.

Thanks
Chris

H4 is just a bulb designation (H4 for European and 9003 for USA). Used in motorcycle lamp and HELLA lamps I been using on my Toyota, and many other vehicles..

I pitched the 60/55 in the bike and car in favor of the 100/90 or 100/80 depending on availability.

Osram, Phillips, Hella all good bulbs to use. My current set is OSRAM 100-80, exploded 1 a while back due to water in lamp housing.. so I gots a 60/55 on 1 side right now.. The high watt bulbs seem to last a pretty good long time for me, other than explode 1 due to water in lamp.
