I got cheated on buying a Santa Fe
Hi, I went to a Hyundai dealer in New Jersey and purchased a Limited version with Touring and Ultimate Option.
the sales person offered me $3000 off on the Touring and Ultimate Option.
So, I brought it home and i was very happy.
but I found out that it was NOT a Touring and Ultimate Option model after looking at the manual.
It was just a Touring and Preminum model which is $2600 less.
I think i got cheated...
I purchased it on saturday and i'm bring it back to the dealer on monday to get a full refund or at least get the model I paid for.
do you think it is possible? please advise me...
I'm so screwed....

RE: I got cheated on buying a Santa Fe
Depends on state laws. I think many states have "buyers regret" laws that state a consumer has a cetain amount of time, 3 days maybe, to back out of a major purchase such as a home or a car.
On the other hand.... buyer beware. Didn't you look at the window sticker before buying the vehicle? What did you do, buy this on an impulse? If you were pressured by a salesman, shame on him, but shame on you too for caving in to pressure. Make sure you know what you're buying!
