Default pouch on back of drivers seat

Finally went to put a folder in the pouch behind the drivers seat on my new 07 Santa Fe, and the left top came loose.......Really couldn't tell how it is fastened, whether it is sewed or not.......doesn't look like it..........was wondering if anyone else has had this happen, and if so, i wonder if it is covered under warranty...........I mean the vehicle is only 8 mths old......

I should be cover I would say unless it was a very large folder.... Just joking here.... I would talk to your dealership you take your vehicle at.
