Unhappy Rear End Locked Up - Need Some Tips

Hello everyone. I'm new to the forum. I recently purchased a 2005 Santa Fe 2.7 v6 from a private party with intent to get it running again. It had been sitting for about 9 months and was parked because he thought the engine locked up. The alternator turned out to be seized so quick replacement of that and the belt and now I have a great running car. Problem is, the rear wheels are not moving. I am not sure if both calipers seized up from sitting, if the parking brake shoes are holding it, etc. I started with the fun time of getting the lug nuts off. I only fell on my rear end 4 times torquing on those but they are off. Now I'm at the point where the wheels will not come off the hub. I have tried kicking it from front and back, rubber hammer on the back side of the tire and I even tried to rock it a bit by driving the car. Granted that just dragged the wheels since they aren't spinning but it didn't free it at all. Any suggestions on how to get these things off? I'm thinking mass amounts of PB Blaster at this point.

Try backing off the adjusters on the back wheels.
