Default 01 sonata air bag light after new radio

i installed a new aftermarket radio in my 2001 sonata. and since then i have noticed that the air bag light is on. this does not seem like a good thing. i had 3 leftover wires from the radio,2 should be illumination + and -, and im not shure what the other one is.

also my heat/cool **** is making a clicking noise as if the gear teeth were grindingwhile itturns to heat, i want to know where i messed up with that.

Did you remove the battery cable before you started to work?

Air bag light is something you cannot fix, you have to take it to the dealer. You need a special code reader to determine what is wrong.

I don't know about your heat/cool ****, but it doesn't sound too good. Maybe you pinched the cable.

You might be able to reset the airbag light by disconnecting the battery for one hour or so. Mind you, you have to be careful when dealing with airbags. You don't want them to accidentally deploy and break your neck (or your kid's neck.) You'll probably need the radio code to reset your radio if you do that.
