Default 07 Sonata Limited--what tires are you guys running?

It is time for tires, so I thought I would ask what you guys are running, and what you are happy with. My car still has the stock Michelins, and for the price, they are not very impressive.

I am looking at the Falken Ziex-912 at about $549 out the door for the set. I was also interested in the BFG G-Force Sport, but I will have to order them on-line, since no one locally can match the price.

I am sure a few of you have made the change, so let's hear what you got!!

I have BFGoodrich g-Force T/A KDWS tires for 3 seasons and Firestone Winterforce for the winter. I like them a lot. I also like the Kumho ASX's I had on my Tiburon.

I just ordered a set of BFR G-Force Sports from discounttiredirect.com, $420 for the set, plus BFG has a $60 mail in rebate right now. that will offset the $65 for install at a local shop. I am glad I procrastinated, the rebate was only from 1-31 to 2-13

I love these tires on my Mustang, so I am pretty sure I will be happy with them on my Sonata.

just as an update--so far, I love the new tires, they have great grip when accelerating and cornering. They also work very well in the rain and make little to no noise when pushed to the limit.

Just bought mine from the dealer 2 weeks ago and they put new Goodyear Eagle Authority All Seasons on (cant even find them on TireRack.com).

My whip shakes aroudn 70-80mph and pulls to the left hard...and they already aligned and balanced the tires/front end twice!

Im bringing it back this Saturday and hopefully they will take those tires off.

Anybody else having bad luck wtih Goodyears?

I have not had a set of Goodyears that I have liked yet--My 07 Outlook has Eagle GS-A's, and they suck in the rain, and are not much better when it is dry, and the vehicle only have 19k miles on it (OEM tires).

As a side note--I have put about 2k miles on the BFG's and rain or shine, they are still unbelievably grippy. I do believe the tires are more noisy than the OEM tires, but worth the difference in grip.

I guess you did not notice the shake with the old tires? That is a definite bummer.
