Did you purchase the pulley kit while putting on the 61 and 1/8 belt? I have the same exact problem you did AC went out so im trying to bypass just with a smaller belt like u purchased two different belts at AutoZone just need to know the instructions on the reroute of serpentine.

I'd really appreciate it if you could get back to me as soon as you can or I'll give me some tips on bypassing just the AC compress don't have the money to fix it as you know as well as I do too expensive thanks.

Scroll up. It is all described up there, even with pictures. What more do you need ? Get proper belt and throw it on as shown above. 5 minutes at max.

I don't know too much about cars. Do I have to have a remove the old compressor? Or unplug any harnesses?

It's now 2021 and I'm grateful for this forum
I'm in South Africa and had to bypass my Sonata V6 compressor - since the A/Coil burnt out and I could not justify spending money to replace it....
I wanted to give this info to anyone who wants to know the size of the Serpentine belt for the Bypass
I tried a 6PK 1700 - Too much play and also came off in a parking lot . . . .
Then I tried a 6PK1650, 6PK1685 - Wont fit

Finally a 6PK 1693 - THIS IS THE ONE
This one fitted over with some effort and seems to hold
ALSO - When you are putting on the new belt - you can loosen the tensioner or take it off competey to help fit the belt around it - There are 2 x 12mm bolts holding it
AND instead of using a small socket into the holes of the tensioner you can use a vise grip on the end and push it down to give the belt the space to fit over the top pully of the power steering pump

It took me 2 days and lots of burnt hands to do this repair - hope you dont have to suffer the same
