we jump a car and my husband touch something on the battery termial with the cables and it sark my car died but start up right away about a day ago it would not start up it clicked it startup the next morning could the battery be bad new alternator

 

Almost undecipherable post, but if I get you correctly then I suggest you take it to Autozone for a free charging system check. If you don't live in the US, then take it to a shop which will check your charging system.
