Crankshaft position sensor and timing belt
Hi all,
My fiancees car sometimes would crank, but won't start... if it does start, the rpm randomly drops on the highway....
so i scanned the car, and it gave me Crankshaft position sensor malfunctioning, and Engine speed sensor malfunctioning...
But first i'm just gonna tackle the crankshaft position sensor because i really need to replace the timing belt at the same time (it is cracked throughout the belt).
Could someone go through with me on how to get to the crank sensor and/or the removal and installation of the timing belt?
I know this is gonna be a beast... but i just don't have much money to do the job at a shop...
please help, i'm in dire need...!
thanks!
Harrison

I was able to open the Upper Timing Belt Cover to inspect the belt. (115k miles, never replaced the belt)
Thanks guys for helping out!
