Fuel Pump Not Getting Power

Fuel Pump Not Getting Power
Hey Group-
This is my first post. I am working on my daughter's '99 Sonata w/4 cyl. The fuel pump is not working. I have pulled the pump and tested it with an alternate 12 volt source, and it works fine. The problem is the pump is not receiving power. The 20 amp fuse in the power block of the engine compartment is OK. Is there a relay, or reset button that I don't know about? Prior to this, she had left the oil filler cap off (after adding oil), and drove around for awhile. The engine as a whole is more oily than normal.
Any suggestions?
Thanks- Max
