Did I read that the brakes were larger for the GLS and LX trim? I'm looking for new rotors and pads for the front, and noticed on autopartswarehouse.com that some of the EBC pads only fit the 2.4 ltr engine, while the same model pad fits both 2.4 and 3.3, do they ask you for your VIN or engine choice?

I have an 06 Sonata GLS v6.

 

Yes, there is a difference between 4-cyl and V6. The V6 has larger rotors and pads.

2.4L Front brake (Disc):

· Pad thickness = 11 mm (0.43 in)
