I got the hids from an ebay seller that I have gotten all my other sets from, and I was the one to install it.And what happens is that when I get everything all plugged in ready to go,I go to turn them on and nothing happens, only the headkights will fire up.But when I put the original bulbs in they work.I have also tried a relay harness and the samething happens.I have also tried many different ballasts,so I am wondering maybe I need to get the 55w hid kits instead os the 35w kits.

I dont see how u think that overpowering the fog lights will fix your problem. On top of that, sticking a 55w HID ballast in ur fog lights more than certainly will melt ur fog light casing. My suggestion would be to put some pictures up. Also what brand is ur HID's u have been buying?
